Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our candle store. Please read our return and refund policy below :
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund under the following conditions:

The item(s) must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in original packaging.

You must notify us of your intent to return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without it.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
